AVAILABILITY 

Only tree rooms are available in our B&B, so we can't often satisfy all your booking requests.
 
That's why we can't reserve a room in advance, mostly if you are booking a very short period
(less than 3 nights).

For the same reason we can reserve a single use of a double room only as last second
(the same day or at least the day before your arrival) and for a very short break (only 1-3 nights).

When you travell with children, please let us know their age, if you need an extra bed or a baby coat, or some other needs.
Just one of our rooms is suited for a family (if you want to share the same room)
and we must check if it is available for the period you are asking for.

If you are interested in booking, please, contact us by phone or e-mail, checking availability terms and conditions.

With just three rooms and so many requests, we can't really reserve a specific room for you, mostly in advance,
but, be sure we will do everything to satisfy your request, if possible.

SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR BED & BREAKFAST.
